substandard quality inattentive staff

The breakfast fell short of expectations. The selection lacked variety, and the quality was substandard. I also found the service inconsistent. At times, staff seemed inattentive.

amazing snorkeling chilled drink poor service long wait

the island provided amazing snorkeling right from the beach. i was welcomed with a chilled drink upon arrival by the resort boat.

The service staff was not good. They barely spoke english, sadly. waiting for drinks or food took too long. Sometimes, it was one hour for two drinks.

the breakfast was good. it had various choices. the room was clean, and it was close to the beach!!!

the service wasn't great for the price. staff didn't speak english well, and i waited one hour for two drinks. it was annoying!!!
